Handcrafted from an authentic vintage Gucci Flora silk scarf, this one-of-one matching set transforms one of the most iconic prints in Gucci's history into a coordinating scarf top and fitted mini skirt.
The legendary Flora motif was originally created for Gucci by Italian artist and illustrator Vittorio Accornero in 1966, when the house commissioned him to design a silk scarf for Princess Grace of Monaco. The resulting composition, a fantastical garden filled with intricately rendered flowers, leaves, and botanical specimens, went on to become one of Gucci's most enduring and recognizable archival designs.
This particularly beautiful colorway features Accornero's detailed botanical illustrations against an ivory ground, framed by a vivid golden yellow border with touches of forest green. Pink, blue, orange, yellow, and red blossoms are scattered throughout the composition, with the original Gucci cartouche and V. Accornero signature preserved within the finished set.
Each set is meticulously handmade from a single archival scarf, making it entirely one-of-one and impossible to recreate. Because both garments originate from the same rare Gucci scarf, they are sold exclusively as a matching set and are not available separately.
