For domestic orders, we offer a flat rate of just $10 through UPS. Additionally, for those times when you need your items in a hurry, we provide expedited shipping options tailored to the weight and destination of your order. Please refer to our shipping policy here.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For in-stock items, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Any preorder items will have clear details stated on their respective product pages. Rest assured, at Call Me Masha, we keep you informed every step of the way. You'll receive shipping updates along with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently offer international shipping to the UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, most of Western Europe, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Where are your garments made?
All of our garments are made by hand in Brooklyn, NY. We produce in small quantities using couture construction techniques, with a focus on quality and longevity.
How can I care for my Call Me Masha garment to ensure its longevity?
We recommend dry cleaning for all Call Me Masha garments. Many of our pieces are made from vintage silk scarves and rare deadstock fabrics, which require gentle, professional care to preserve their integrity. For best results, any stains should be treated by a trusted dry cleaner. Avoid machine washing or spot cleaning at home, as this can damage delicate materials and construction. Proper care will help extend the life of your garment for years to come.
Do you offer gift-wrapping or special packaging for purchases?
Absolutely! At Call Me Masha, we believe in elevating every aspect of your shopping experience. Each order is meticulously packaged with care, featuring custom tissue paper and handmade pouches with unique textile design. Additionally, you'll find extras like postcards and stickers, adding a touch of charm to your unboxing experience.
Are your pieces limited edition or part of a continuous collection?
Our pieces are produced in small runs, with many styles available only in limited quantities. In particular, our upcycled collection—crafted from vintage silk scarves and rare deadstock fabrics—is largely one-of-one or made in very small editions. Once a fabric is gone, it cannot be replicated.

Do you offer in-person appointments?
Right now, Call Me Masha operates from a small home studio, where each piece is designed and made by hand. While we don’t yet offer in-person appointments, we’re working toward opening a dedicated workroom in 2026 where we’ll be able to welcome you.
