SHIPPING POLICY

Call Me Masha offers $10 flat rate shipping via UPS on all domestic orders.

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with tracking. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Our typical processing time for shipments is between 3 to 5 business days. Signature upon delivery is not required. 

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you add Route Purchase Protection to your cart for domestic orders.

If you require your piece for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will see what we can do.  

 

RETURN POLICY

At Call Me Masha, we uphold a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Regrettably, if your item is not returned or shipped within this timeframe, we are unable to offer a refund. All items must be unused and unworn, with their original tags. To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to us via email at info@callmemasha.shop. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Buyers are required to include either the original packing slip or a printed confirmation email as proof of purchase within the return package. Additionally, the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance for added security.

Custom orders are final sale.

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting process.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, exchanges are not currently available. The most efficient course of action to secure the desired item is to return the original purchase. Upon acceptance of the return, a separate purchase can be made for the new item.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process international orders. However, rest assured, we are diligently working towards extending our services to international customers in the near future! Stay updated by subscribing to our mailing list, and we'll notify you as soon as we start accepting international orders.

 

PREORDERS

When you preorder a product, you're reserving an item that's either out of stock or will soon be available. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe on the product page. While we strive to meet these dates, sometimes delays happen, though we'll do our best to keep you informed. Once your preordered item is ready for shipment or delivery, we'll send you a confirmation email when you place the preorder and another when it ships. Preordered products can't be refunded. However, you may be able to cancel your preorder by letting us know in writing within 3 business days of placing the order by contacting us at info@callmemasha.shop.
