SHIPPING POLICY

Call Me Masha offers $10 flat rate shipping via UPS on all domestic orders.

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with tracking. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Our typical processing time for shipments is between 3 to 5 business days. Signature upon delivery is not required. 

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. We are not responsible for and do not refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you add Route Purchase Protection to your cart for domestic orders.

If you require your piece for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will see what we can do.  


RETURN POLICY

At Call Me Masha, every piece is handmade from carefully sourced archival designer scarves and textiles. Because each garment is one-of-one or produced in extremely limited quantities, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds on any purchase.

Each piece is individually cut, sewn, and finished by hand, making it truly unique. Many of the vintage textiles we work with are decades old and cannot be replaced, which means exchanged sizes or duplicate garments are simply not available.

We want you to feel completely confident before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, measurements, or a particular piece, please email us at info@callmemasha.shop prior to purchasing. We're always happy to provide additional measurements, discuss fit, and help you determine the best option for you.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.


CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are final sale. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.
