Rare 1990s Atelier Versace Art Print Matching Set

Handcrafted from a rare authentic 1990s Atelier Versace silk scarf, this one-of-one matching set transforms an extraordinary archival Versace print into a coordinating scarf top and wrap skirt.

A celebration of art, fashion, and maximalism, the original scarf is composed like a vibrant collage of cultural references. Throughout the print are nods to Picasso, Stuart Davis, American quilts, and the visual language of modern art, layered alongside patchwork motifs, typography, architectural forms, and Versace's unmistakable baroque ornamentation. Brilliant fuchsia, electric blue, violet, red, orange, acid green, and black collide across the silk in a print that feels quintessentially 1990s Versace.

The original Atelier Versace marking has been preserved within the skirt, along with many of the scarf's original art references and graphic details. Each garment has been thoughtfully cut to showcase a different portion of the textile, while the dramatic collage becomes the focal point of the cowl top.

Each set is meticulously handmade from a single archival scarf, making it entirely one-of-one and impossible to recreate. Because both garments originate from the same rare scarf, they are sold exclusively as a matching set and are not available separately.

Our signature scarf top is cut on the bias for a fluid, body-skimming drape and features a softly draped cowl neckline, open back, and adjustable ties. The coordinating wrap skirt fastens with hidden snaps at the waistband and a Petersham ribbon tie. Should your measurements change over time, the waistband snaps can easily be repositioned by a tailor or dry cleaner for a more personalized fit.
